Inflation Device

I am looking to do this with a model for a video, but I am having trouble figuring out how he inflates her I see the tube going into her mouth and I see her belly getting big when he starts inflating her. I don't if this is a device or a belly suit that inflates. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you so much.

That was Phony. You can see the color of her belly was different than her legs.
Also there was no evidence of a Belly Button. So the whole thing was a show.
Cute, she was bound nicely, bit could have been improved upon.
