ELECTRICALLY OPERATED AT 12V, THESE SPOOL THE SEAT BELT WEBBING OUT WHEN A VOLTAGE IS APPLIED TO THE TERMINALS.
WHEN THIS IS REMOVED THE BELTS WILL SPOOL BACK IN BUT LOCK WHEN AN ATTEMPT IS MADE TO PULL IT BACK OUT AGAIN.

Endless possibilies for self bondage scenarios :D
