Air ride suspension--air bags

So I was looking at air bags for air ride suspensions and thinking they could put you in a good stretch. I'm thinking of building a platform with the airbag underneath. Rope ratchet yourself tight. Let out the air and your hanging. Some of these bags have 6 inches of movement.

I had a similar idea some years ago involving several inflatable mattresses stacked up but never got round to buying one to see how the valve could be modified to be released by pulling a cord or some similar arrangement.

with the air bags --you could use a air solenoid--and a switch--turn off the switch it deflates. solenoids come in many voltage--like 12 or 24 volt and main
