I have tried chastity a few times, but not long term. But I can assure you, you should be fine. I have friends who can go a really long time...

I originally used chastity as the only way I could keep from masturbating. I left the keys at work at first, then in my safe deposit box at the bank. A live key holder is by far the best, if she will NOT give in and let you have the keys....
