It does, And thats the downfall as the site gets more popular - especially given the forth-coming scarcity of IPv4 addresses. (Even moreso given the inability of ISPs to even support IPv6 currently.)
You can prove this (the IP Issue) by visiting the site from different virtual machines which are fresh..
And at the same time, (Im sure they not this far advanced), by also using different browsers - because your browser also gives a shit ton of identifying information about you.
& for users of TOR, or similar, either someone got their ahead of you, or its loading up the dynamic pages of current exit nodes. (not sure which, but TOR isnt valid as a new viewer)
