Help improve self mummification

Hello friends, :idea:
I'm looking for inspiration and especially for self mummification. My self mumping method is a sticky sheet of duct tape on the ground. I have this method perfectly mastered, but I still find it easy to get out of it. Even before I wrap myself in tape, I wrap my body into a saran wrap for better and stronger mummification, but it is not strong enough either. I always get my hands out of my shoulders. And I started using 2-3 belts around my body before I started rolling. the first one in the wrist area to the body and the other two above my breasts. Despite that, I take it easy and then break the duct tape.

My question? :roll:

How can I stick my hands well in the shoulder area? Or if possible some other improvements? I was thinking about something on my hands what do you think? If you have some experience please share ;)

Try using pallet wrap instead of cling film. it is so much stronger and wrap your fingers together too with duct tape.
Or, get someone to help you.

Of course, I use the pallet wrap all time. I stuck my hands with tape, but I do not know if I can afford to wrap my hands in the pallet and then tape to get out? hmm and if you did not, you would have liked a girlfriend :D With my girlfriend I've tried mummification twice, but she's not too much a fan of this so it's not it. :cry:

Duct tape finally at home. :evil: In the coming days I will hope for my best self-mummification. Thanks to all for your help. On the hand under the sticky sheet you get a rubber gloves that I still wrap the duct tape. I will also create a special sheet on my shoulders. Have I forgotten something yet? :D

I have tried self mummification several times but I could never do it right on my own.
The best I ever managed to do was I wrapped as much of my body as I could in pink bondage tape. It’s really strong but doesn’t stick to your skin like packing tape does. I wrapped myself from my ankles all the way up my legs hips tummy and over my breasts too. I managed to make it nice and tight so my legs were really stuck together it felt really exciting. I even managed to wrap my boobs nice and tight so my poor girls were squashed to my chest, I could hardly bend my legs or my back. I used some bandage wrap around my mouth and that just left my arms. The best I could manage to do was full length opera gloves with two leather belts one just under my breasts and the other was around my waist. I managed to squirm my hands under my waist belt and I was done. The bondage tape feels amazing for me and the bandage wrap gag gave that feeling around my face. I left my eyes uncovered so I could see to escape after my fun. It’s still not as good as someone actually wrapping me up but I did have a lot of fun.
My only points to watch out for are when it’s time to escape bondage tape takes forever to get out of especially if you want to reuse it like I did. Also if you are going to use a toy for some yummy mummified orgasms you have to put it in place early on in your preparation so if you do have a remote control vibrator that will be your best friend otherwise you are trying to wrap yourself up while having one orgasm after another, I never managed to finish my bondage that time. So remote control is the way to go. Also lol make sure you go to the loo before you start, obvious i know but we have all been there.

Many years ago I bought a couple of rolls of bondage tape for self bondage mummification. It is very strong and very nearly unbreakable and difficult to cut too. I managed to bind my legs and torso together with it but that is as far as I git before it ran out. I agree it is really a long process to remove to use again and that is why, when I get the opportunity, I use nice black pallet wrap over cling film. I use cling film first as the pallet wrap is slightly sticky and adheres itself to my back and the soft skin under my arms making it painful to remove.
I still use my tall chest of drawers to help me get nice and tightly wrapped from my shoulders down to my ankles. Then it is really tight and almost inescapable.
I often fantasize about someone else doing this to me making me totally helpless an unable to get out until I am let out. Alas, I know that is never to be as my wife does not approve of my interests and I only do it when she is away.

I don’t know what it’s like for you guys but girls take my advice, when You mummify yourself and you are using a toy make sure you leave a gap in your tape around that special area. It might seem like a really sexy idea to wrap over the top of your vibrator but when you have had enough fun and it’s time to escape bondage tape really lives up to its name!
I was sooo sensitive I was almost in tears by the time I could remove my toys. I used a large butt plug and my large vibrator. It was right between my legs and as anyone knows who has used bondage tape it is completely unforgiving. It does not stretch it does not rip and on that occasion it took FOREVER to remove. I also had the bright idea of putting rope around my ankles which wee wrapped in tape anyway and tying the rope to the frame of my bed. I was soaked in sweat desperate to escape and my pelvic muscles had clamped tightly around my vibrator. I was struggling to remove it for ages. Lol I laugh now x.
So remember girls leave a little part of you uncovered and just slip it down between your thighs, trust me it’s more than enough.

Thank you all for tips and advice.

To the image I added ... with a yellow electrical tape I wrapped my legs and body to my breasts when I first wrapped in a protective foil. This was very strong. I used the Duct tape so I created a big sticky sheet on the ground. This technique has proved to me to be the most effective yet. I also stuck my head with duct tape. Before I wrapped myself in a big sticky sheet, I put rubber gloves on my hands, but I managed to destroy them after a while :cry: After about an hour of fighting, I made it out of the scissors, I used a vibrator and also a small destroyer in my ass :) I have experienced a beautiful orgasm but only one :(

How can I improve this? Is it not so easy to get out of it?
Or maybe some other position for selfbondage, where can I use maximum helplessness and a beautiful orgasm? :twisted:

I have just got out after 4 hours of self imposed cling film and pallet wrap mummification using my tried and tested 'wardrobe' method. The first layer of clingfilm ensured that the sticky pallet wrap did not cause any sticky skin problems.
The only drawback today was the heat. It is 28C outside and the bedroom was like a sauna. I was well and truly wet with sweat when I emerged.
As ever, once wrapped up snug, I could not resist masturbating and came very quickly. Needless to say, once that had happened, I wanted to get out but I resisted the temptation and relaxed and fell asleep. What a weird sleep! I awoke about an hour later and again, couldn't resist the temptation to play with myself but this time it took much longer to orgasm. I was soaking inside of my cocoon.
Heaven.

Now showered and clean again.

PS B&Q are selling clear pallet wrap at only £6.00 for a 250m roll. Lots of fun!

I did my first self-mummification in years this week. It was amazing. I used clear plastic non-stretch tape, as although it is not stretchy and more crinkly than duct tape, it tears less easily (plus it's what I had at the time).

I spent a good hour or two laying out a carpet of tape, sticky side up of course, about 1.2 metre by 2, laying it on a thick carpet so that my body could later sink into it as I rolled myself on it. I laid the tape very carefully and patiently, making sure I didn't accidentally lift the whole thing or mess it up by folding it over or stepping on it (been there done that), placing the tape strips in a slight diagonal as I find it helps the strips stay stuck together better when you bend your body, as well as some strips going across and along to really strengthen the walls of the cocoon.

I used three rolls in all, leaving about a meter or two of tape at the end of each roll to use later. I wrapped my limbs in clingfilm to protect my zentai catsuit and increase clinginess between my limbs to further restrict movement once inside the cocoon. I was going to gag myself and wrap my hooded head in clingfilm too, but decided against it at the last minute as it was a warm inside and didn't want to overheat (turned out to be a wise decision). I used another roll of clingfilm to mummify my legs and feet together and then used the end of one roll of tape to further secure my ankles and knees (above and below) together. I used the leftover of the other two rolls of tape to wrap my lycra-gloved hands into balls. I knew this was going to be a challenge, and a risk, but could not help myself!

I finally lay on the floor next to the tape carpet and rolled my upper body onto it, wrapping myself up, feeling the thick tape wall doubling up around me. I instantly realised that I was truly stuck, more so than I ever have been in any self-mummification before. Although aroused I wanted to get out before I even orgasmed (although I soon did anyway). The tape was a solid cocoon without any gaps, even once I managed to loosen the fingers of one hand out of their tape ball, they could not penetrate the cocoon walls at all. The fact that my fingers were in their zentai gloves prevented me from using my nails, but I believe that even without gloves I would not have been able to do anything, the tape was just too thickly and tightly bonded together, like a solid sheet. I find that a single finger well placed will usually pierce through several layers of duct tape, but this plastic was impenetrable. I had placed scissors on the floor, but without use of my hands, they were useless. It was so exciting and scary, unless I managed to free myself in three hours, my housemates would find me and I would be totally humiliated (part of the challenge I set myself).

I forced myself to stay calm and not struggle too much, slowly wriggling towards the stairs, a couple of inches at a time. Once at the bottom of the stairs, I tried to put my feet against the opposite wall to push myself up onto the bottom step. As the opposite wall is less than a meter from the stairs I found it very difficult to fold my body enough so that I could squeeze myself in and place myself between the stairs and the wall. I finally managed to and pushed myself onto the bottom step. From that sitting position I managed to stand up, and very carefully hopped over to the kitchen where I used the corner of the kitchen counter to tear a gap into the cocoon, allowing my free hand to come through. It took another hour to free the rest of my body. Like climbing down a mountain, I find this is the most dangerous bit, when you are half free and just focusing on getting the rest of yourself free, thinking the experience is over and so not paying as much attention to your balance or use of cutting tools, making it far likely for you to fall over or cut yourself. But I took my time, at every point telling myself what the next stage was and doing it slowly and carefully. I finally freed myself about two hours total after mummifying myself.

I loved it. I still look at that space on the floor and see myself wriggling helplessly on it.

That's quite an experience, and shows that you have to be a bit careful about not going too far with self play; if you'd wrapped your head you would have been in real trouble.

On a different note, how do you wrap both of your hands? That's something I've considered doing on a couple of occasions where I've been tying myself for somebody else, but I've never quite worked out how to do it.

Strictly speaking, I only wrapped one hand into a ball, the other I wrapped into a 'duck bill' tube. I first wrapped my left hand into a narrow tube, holding the tips of my fingers together (like a duck bill), this allowed me to fit my newly-wrapped hand through the centre of the other leftover roll of tape so that I could hold it up and wrap my other hand into a ball. I find that if I wrap my first hand into a ball I can't fit my fist through the roll of tape, making it hard to hold or handle for wrapping my second hand.

I have tried semi-successfully wrapping my hands with clingfilm (which feels amazing), but the long narrow tube it comes on makes it very difficult to wrap your second hand. Also, if the clingfilm breaks midway through wrapping your second hand, it is almost impossible to unpeel more from the roll, making for an unsatisfying, unfinished result.

You can of course do it with just one roll of tape, cutting it after wrapping your first hand, but I advise you use the last 1-2 metres of a roll to wrap your second hand rather than a fresh roll of tape, as it is much easier to just let the tape run out than it is trying to cut the tape when both your hands are wrapped up! An end-of-roll tape will have that annoying dangly non-sticky bit at the end as it comes off the cardboard tube, but you won't notice it anymore after you mummify yourself.

On a safety note, do not wrap your hands too tightly! While it may feel wonderfully restrictive at first, if too tight you will after 10-20 minutes make your fingers ache and then go numb. Not only will numb fingers make it even harder to free yourself, it may also cause lasting injury. Make it secure rather than tight. Experiment first, wrap one hand at home and leave it for a few hours while watching TV, to see how it feels after an extended time. Also know that if you really do wrap your hands properly, you will be very restricted, unable to use cutting tools, so be sure you still know how you will eventually free yourself! ;-)

I greet everyone after a long time

I decided to enjoy some fun again in the days to come. I'm going to do self mummication again. ;)
My plan is to wear your black spandex suit first (but still consider it). As a method of mummification, I chose a large sheet of duct tape on the floor. This method comes as the best and most effective way to use a duct tape. This time I will have a 100mm x 50m duct tape so I expect a great deal of fun. :D As another step, I wrap my legs, each with a wrapping foil. Then I tie my feet tightly with duct tape. I will also use wrapping foil on my chest and hands. Then I wrap my chest with a duct tape over the breast area. Then I use a pre-prepared sheet of adhesive film to secure the shoulder area. Oh I forgot the gag. Of course it will be the first one and it will be a substance in the mouth, which I will then provide with a duct tape. The last step will lie down on a pre-prepared duct tape.
I think that this time I will not choose a variant of the hands of the body, but hands behind the body. Of course, before wrapping my body, I will wrap my wrist with a duct tape and my palms with my fingers, which will release the sweat that will be produced over time.
Does anyone have any other ideas for improvement? :idea: I will certainly use some toys to make my stay more enjoyable. How big can be the difference of using your hands behind your back? Thanks for the answers and advice to improve Esrape

I wonder my self. If hands are pre-taped and behind back, and you roll up
in duck tape, How do you plan to be released.
Do you have a friend to cut you out???

So as a mechanism for escape I have a knife. After some time, usually about 20 minutes sweat destroys a light wrap around your finger and then pushes one or the other hand out where it is then rewound for a laid knife. But this time I think if I put my hands behind my back, I'll take some sharp object with what you think?
