Like the pic. I would suggest either strap the ankles to the front chair leg or else use rope or a longer strap to link the bound ankles to the bound wrists, pulling the feet off the floor.

Thanks for the comments and to the comment about my ankles needing to be strapped. If you take a look at the still below from the movie you can see the ankles are strapped.
