Trying to find a story

I'm trying to find a couple of stories I read a while ago...1.  A women is selfbound at home with people working outside while she's hold the blind shut with a bar held by her mouth.. 2. A man gets his wife or GF to do a display for someone, showing off some equiptment with customers walking passed and she's in an all fours position.. Can anybody help..
