Could any story writers help?

I'm looking for someone to do a short story for me I would have a go posting myself but I'm useless after the first two lines! It envolves the severe tying or mummifying a couple of uk policewomen etc (it's the stockings that do.it for me) anything goes etc I love totally imobilized tight gags etc in this fantasy maybe villains capture them or even jealous female colleagues anyone who can help greatly appreciated thanks Gary
