When I am on duty as a nurse, (wife bedridden), I wear thick black stockings with my panties over my suspender belt. That tends to make the belt tug on the leg openings of the panties as I move about. Not much, just enough to give a slight thrill as the elastic gets tugged at and snaps back again.
When I am off duty, its sheer stockings, suspender belt over the panties and causes the stockings to slide up and down my thighs.
I don't now what I prefer. They are both erotic feelings.
What do you prefer? Do you wear your panties over the suspender belt (makes it easier to use the toilet) or do you wear the belt over the panties?

When I dress, I put my panties on last, makes them easier to remove quickly.
Of course, if they are crotchless, it does not matter much.
I love to wear garter belt and stockings, as well as panties, under my clothes when I go out.
