It's started. Big Brother is here.

Unread post by restricted »

I can't understand it. Our government wants to ban pornography that shows rape or violence. I can understand it against kids, I would hang those people myself, but to say violent pornography makes you go out and rape or murder is pure tripe. I look at car adverts and F1 competitions, but it doesn't make me want to race down the High Street at 100 mph.

Apparently volent scenes on your computer will be an offence. So, as it has come up before, is looking at a girl tightly bound, struggling away an offence?

The first case will be interesting.
I used to be weird and kinky. But then I joined Bound Forum and became normal.

What's worse is that now they want to filter *all* pornography. I can only assume they've been put up to the latest idiocy by publishers of porn magazines.

That would be amusing, but it's more likely some self-appointed moral guardians. Or worse: someone thinking they're trying to please some self-appointed guardians. :-/

Wade.
Embrace your inner wierdo! No-one else will! (No, they'd be more likely to lock it up and throw away the key...)

I know the self-appointed moral guardians want to make the connection that more access to porn equates to more crimes of rape...

BUT...
I heard on the radio the other day quite the oppsite!!!
More access to porn provides an outlet to sexual stress and results in a lowering of sexual crimes...

So, let them stuff that into their (crack) pipes and smoke it!!!

Just like arming everyone with gun, and training them to use it safely, will actualy lower crime rates...
Because no criminal wants to tangle with someone they know has a gun...

The "simulated rape" law has been in place in Scotland for several years and I believe no-one has ever been convicted under it.

What bothers me is not the stupidity that the acts themselves are legal but keeping a home video of the legal acts is illegal. I'm concerned that this is a law to be applied post-hoc.

The scope is so wide that substantial portions (millions maybe?) of the population will be "guilty" if the law is passed, and certainly far too many people to pursue with police resources.

So there won't be any special task force or active investigations to find people with simulated rape porn, but when you piss off the wrong person, say a politician or police officer, they will raid your house with some made-up rationale involving drugs or child pornography - find none - but prosecute you anyway for possession of a kink.com video. I don't think this is a law designed to protect anyone, it's designed to lock-up people who make trouble.

What about simple privacy? Government cameras are waiting to be installed Everywhere. Even in your own backyard, after midnight, you light up like a christmas tree if they want to see you; in my opinion it is either already too late and we are all prisoners and will learn to behave their way, or it is near the end of this paranoid madness and soon the crush of rational thinking/tolerance will emerge and drive out the true danger of censorship and surveillance, the f'n WATCHERS! The only people you have to worry about are the ones insisting "something" must be going on. They have the sick minds; the rest of us are still free to experience and perceive privately, without direction, supervision or interference, our own personal pursuits - but increasingly today this must be done very carefully and deeply privately.
However, within my lifetime, outdoor kinky activity is all but over, for privacy/safety concerns; the last thing I want to face, bound and hobbled in a wooded clearing someday is a full SWAT team helicoptering in to defeat the latest terrorist-bondage threat!

Check this out - if they had this capability over 2 years ago, imagine what they can see now.

Go to the bottom right, and find the "walking pants."

Pan directly to the left a little bit. There's a guy in a homemade t-shirt that says "F*CK BOSTON 44" on the back, walking next to a guy in a striped hockey sweater and dark shorts. Pan left. There they are again. Pan left AGAIN. There they are AGAIN!

...and just to the left of them, and to the right of the person in red with a bike, is the walking pants' owner, minus his legs.

It's definitely a 21st century montage photo, not much different than the old-fashioned ones they used to take of the "Graduating Class of 19XX," courtesy of and hosted by http://www.gigapixel.com/about/. Slightly comforting to know it's not a surveillance photo (yet!) but you know that photographer didn't get a signed release from everyone in those pictures, either.

Also, as we saw in Boston, while they can take a bazillion videos of everything, it still takes days to watch them and catch what they are looking for; that will also change soon as recognition algorithms improve.
It changes the basic way I feel when I'm out. I've never felt afraid day-to-day. All this surveillance stuff is troubling in general, and certainly has all but ended my outdoor bondage intentions. It's a different world, even though it is the same world, they just don't want us to see it that way anymore.
But on a happier note, I did complete a 3 hour outdoor bondage session over the weekend, and so far no images from that experience have emerged, so maybe I got away with another one! :o

Wade.
Usually it is those very same self-appointed moral guardians who are big 'perpetrators' themselves, either at what they claim to be against, or something similar. I cannot count anymore the number of anti-gay / family values types who have been caught at least once with a guy. Makes me doubt the integrity of any moral crusader. Have to wonder what these people are up to and why.

to me some just want others to think the same way as they do and they try to force there way of thinking on to others by having government to make laws against the community because they know not everyone will chose to do that on there own

its all about POWER.
there are people that think they should tell you what to say, think, and do.
if what you say, think or do doesn't agree with their way of thinking, then it is PERVERTED.

Honestly Folks, the "Big Brother Effect" has been in full force for at least 15 years now.. if not more. I personally don't sweat it too much. If someone wanted to spy on me, they'd find a rather kinky 6'2" 162 lb. guy mucking about, tearing apart and rebuilding computers, rocking out on the drums and guitar (perhaps simultaneously?) and visiting kinky latex sites.

Oh Snap. I've been caught. However did that happen?
