You are very welcome.
For people on the forum asking: 'How do I find gatherings of other kinky people in my area?
That’s what the Groups and Gatherings
section in this list is for. It provides direct links to listings of groups, munches and events. The lists get regularly updated and are sorted by region. So, to find a group in your area, you don’t need to use a search engine and then trawl through all the junk links to commercial sites.
If your country or area is not listed anywhere on these sites, try the International Kink Resources Directory
If your country doesn’t appear anywhere on those pages either, your best bet at present is probably to join Fetlife – it’s a free site – and search for a Fetlife discussion group of people in your country: Click on ‘Groups’ and enter your country’s name in ‘Search for a group’. Try a search with your country’s name in your mother tongue, and one with your country’s name in English. Sometimes these groups only have a small outpost on Fetlife, and link to their regular discussion list on another, public site. If such a group should not exist yet, create one. Find other compatriots under ‘Places’ and ask them to join.
Hardly anybody (exept commercial folks) is keen on contact with someone who presents themselves as a blank sheet, or merely a list of kinks. Blank profiles or profiles listing nothing but kinks are likely to awaken only commercial interest. So if you want people to get to know you and make friends, fill in your profile with meaningful information about yourself as a human being first.
The same goes for the 'Find a Friend' section on this forum, of course. If you are placing a personal ad anywhere at all, to awaken anybody's interest in you as a person, you need to make your advertisement personal, not impersonal, and write about yourself as a person.
