Such a shame, this idea sounded like fun

I am bringing it back again, but I would be interested too!
Re: Manchester Mummy Meet Up
Bump!
Again, an idea of price would be good.
How many people are needed?

Have to agree with with the tumbleweed joke here, I'm in Newcastle upon Tyne which is 10 minute or so drive away from Durham and its a poor show I'm afraid unless someone wants to prove me wrong?

Two separate mummies, who are then mummified together after an "escape period"creativethinking21 wrote:Well that's two mummies so far! Maybe even a wrapped double mummy??

Re: Manchester Mummy Meet Up
I doubt this is going to happen with "Manchesterinnocence" at the wheel.
I don't think he's posted in nearly two and a half years.
Need someone else to pick it up if 'we' want this to go ahead.

I would be happy to come and get wrapped but I would have to travel to Manchester, so I wouldn't be best to arrange :-/

Re: Manchester Mummy Meet Up
Same, I'd be well up for it. Traveling is no problem for me. Maybe the three of us could just meet up and take it in turns to be wrapped, as 1 person wraps the other two, then after some time unwrap one, get wrapped themselves and then keep rotating the wraps, so that theres always 2 wrapped at one time?

So I think we need someone to arrange! I would love to meet up and have.... Sorry 'be' one of three lovely wrapped up mummies!
So what sort of wraps are people thinking of? Like, what materials would be needed?

Re: Manchester Mummy Meet Up
I think duct tape is the best way. Simple grey and black would do. A pallet wrap was used on me before the tape wasput on for extra tightness, but also to protect my skin.
A fetish club or 'dungeon' would be the best place for it to happen I think, unless someone has a suitable house which I don't I'm afraid.
There could be scope for some great pics if it happened.

Re: Manchester Mummy Meet Up
Yeah I know what you mean! If we have all day there I think we could get quite a few mummy pictures!

(Its not likely I will be flying across the pond anytime soon), but you might consider making it a BYOW event- Bring Your Own Wrapping!creativethinking21 wrote:So what sort of wraps are people thinking of? Like, what materials would be needed?

Re: Manchester Mummy Meet Up
That's not a bad idea! We could try to bring as many different wrapping materials as we can!
Re: Manchester Mummy Meet Up
You could create a photo guide to different materials and wrapping methods. Hopefully it'll all work out!
