Bondage Wrestle brainstorming

I'm a guy and designing a bondage wrestle scenario with another guy. The idea is that he'll fight to put me in hogtie while I will try my best to resist, ending with him succeeding in putting me in a tight rope hogtie with ball gag. I'm physically stronger than him so it's impractical to just overpower me and tie me up. I guess I have to be in some bondage initially for this to work. I have a pair of real handcuffs and leg irons available. Any idea of how it can be done or what initial bondage I should be in?

Depending on how much stronger you are, perhaps the proverbial "One hand tied behind your back" to start with?

Why not start with both of your legs chained to each other, and your (Right) Hand both bin Fist Mitts.
That should be an interesting scenario.
