Re: What do you most often use?

My tried-and-true favourite has to be self-mummification with plastic wrap. I put a roll through a tension rod lined with socks (to make the roll spin with some resistance), then extend the rod between my desk and the ceiling. From there, I start the wrap at my knees, then turn on the spot to let th...

Re: self mummification setup

Thats a really cool idea with the socks/tshirt. i really have to try that :) and of course feel free to share your setup as well... I am pretty sure there are some folks out there interested :) Well alright then... ;) Be warned though; it took me almost 10 years of trial and error with different ma...

Re: self mummification setup

I don't know the diameter of the pole or inside diameter of the rolls, but possibly some sort of a sleeve on the pole to increase it's diameter would create resistance by 'grabbing' the roll. This is very similar to what I do. Tape some old socks (or maybe old t-shirts) to the pole until the resist...

Re: saran wrap

I've encountered this before, too. You can usually adjust how tight the wrapping is by how much you "pull" the wrap away from the furniture as you're walking. Keep it just taught enough so it doesn't hang loose between you and the furniture; you can adjust as you go, pulling away more to t...

RE: self mummification device

<t>The way I do self-mummification is by placing a roll of wrap at the top of a set of stairs and holding it to the wall with a leather briefcase.  From here it's easy to grab the end of the roll and spin in place on each stair, moving up and down to cover my whole body.  Naturally, I start by wrapp...

RE: Mummification on YouTube

<r>Hi all; guess it's been awhile...  been busy, I guess.  I thought I'd start a thread where we can all post links to our favourite videos with mummification on YouTube (what? You mean I'm not the only one?) so we can all share in the wrapped goodness and even share opinions. I'll get us started wi...

RE: Mummified, reading mummification stories

<t>Why not try this... I got a program for just this reason: ReadPlease 2003.  Save a text document with the story you want read, then open the document in ReadPlease.  You can choose from 2 male and 2 female voices and the story just reads itself; no page turning required!  ReadPlease 2003 is free....

RE: Anybody else lost interest?

<t>My mom has known about my mummification fetish for about 4 years now (been into it for about 5), and I used to have to sit through a conversation whenever she found my "leftovers".  But I haven't heard a thing about it in almost two years, so I guess she figures it's not going anywhere.  Dad foun...

RE: self bondage help -how to do things

<r><SIZE size="12"><s>[size=12]</s>First I spin backwards for a half rotation, to put some slack in the wrap.  Then I just carefully lean my back against the wall for balance (facing sideways) and make a supported hop down.  If I'm going up, it's easy enough just to hop straight up, and no slack is ...

RE: self bondage help -how to do things

<r><SIZE size="12"><s>[size=12]</s>I have found what I consider a very useful method of self-mummification.  I start by dressing in my favourite attire (my secret) and begin by wrapping around the shoulders and across the chest.  To make shoulder wrapping easier for myself, I wrap from one shoulder,...
