For solo use - try adding a key ring loop to the zip eye and use a long spreader bar attached to the loop to pull / push the zip up. Works for me - and a few minutes teasing and you can disengage the spreader bar too.

was stuck in a sleep sack over night... didn't get too much sleep but after dosing, I woke up with a "WTF is going on..." mind set. It was 15 seconds of mild panic followed by a "oh yeah..." It's not for the faint hearted... waking up confined and so on is hard to cope with.

You should check out eBay - CB's often pop up there as 'novelity' items and can usually be 10 -> 25% cheaper. Oh, yes - new ones... lol

I use a plastic bottle and jet to clean inside. It was from a hair dye kit. 25% mix of shower gel/water and then lots of rinsing... Also a quick squirt of cold water first helps shrink things for maximum washing potential. That works for my 3 month stints.

I had my legs mummified doggie/gimp style once and geezz was it frustrating... so much more so than the traditional lying position.Love to try the arms done that way as well.
