I have a pair of press lock wrist manacles with a six inch rigid bar although this is a simple lock system the wrists being held this distance apart makes them escape proof without your jailer unlocking them, even if the keys are readily available.

Currently oval manacles with 'push button' locks. easy to lock on and very secure, no sharp edges, fairly comfortable for a few hours restraint.
