You can do a basic mummification with damp cotton sheets, rolling yourself in and as they dry the will hold you more firmly. Better to try this if you have some one to free you, if not keep a sharp knife handy as you will probably need to cut yourself out.

I have a pair of Clejoso model 11 cuffs which are oval and pretty much prevent any wrist rotation, I have only ever managed to free them from behind my back once without help.

I like images of pole tied Try being tied to just a pole standing you can just about waddle , but if you are backed up to a bed the lightest push and you fall helplessly backwards, to land on your arms and the pole, and find yourself unable to move and at the mercy of your captor (truly awesome).
