It's not as hard you might think. Iv'e used plastic wrap or vet wrap. All you need to do is have some thing to fill your hands so you you don't strain your fingers too much. Try a good size butt plug and a locking harness. Go out shopping or walking in a mall ,any where in public. After a while YOU WILL start to strain. With no way to get rid of it till you get home I think you'll have enough torture for a while.

 On this idea you could make a giant chinese finger cuff. One you could get into and use a power winch to lift you up. Once off the floor and the more you struggle the tighter it would get.

Last one. It shows the extra pipe and clamp. The extra room is what allows the wrap the travel in needs.

I do use full rolls on my upper body. The roll does follow your body up and down the pipe.

One more thing. My pipe is 1/2 inch not 3/4. sorry.
