I've noticed some issues wearing chlorinated latex. If my skin starts to get a little moist from sweat, the latex sticks and pulls at my skin. Is this common and is there any way to mitigate it?

I've been on the hunt for a rubber 3 to 4 inch tall posture collar with a taper under the chin. On like this would be perfect but I do not believe they make it anymore.
